  • Muddler (for mint or berries)
  • Pitcher (for pre-mixing)
  • Highball glasses or cups

Ingredients

  • 1 can 20 oz lychees in syrup (reserve syrup and fruit)
  • 2 cups white grape juice
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 cups lemon-lime soda
  • 1 cup ginger ale
  • 1/2 cup club soda or sparkling water
  • 3 tablespoons grenadine
  • 1/4 cup cherry juice optional
  • 1/2 cup lychee juice if available
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut water
  • Fresh raspberries blackberries, and strawberries
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cinnamon stick optional
  • Orange juice optional, for more citrus flavor
  • Dry ice optional, for spooky effect

Instructions

  • In a punch bowl, combine lychee syrup, white grape juice, pineapple juice, cranberry juice, lime juice, and lychee juice (if using).
  • Stir well with a wooden spoon until the liquids are combined.
  • Add lemon-lime soda, ginger ale, club soda, and coconut water. Stir gently to retain fizz.
  • Mix in grenadine, cherry juice (if using), vanilla syrup, and a splash of orange juice if desired.
  • Add whole lychees, sliced berries, and lightly muddled mint leaves to the punch.
  • Drop in a cinnamon stick for a subtle spice note (optional).
  • Carefully add dry ice using tongs (optional) for a spooky bubbling effect. Wait until it fully dissolves before serving.
  • Ladle into glasses, making sure to include floating fruit and avoid dry ice particles.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy!
