Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz vodka
  • 0.5 oz peach schnapps
  • 0.5 oz white rum
  • 2 oz orange juice
  • 1 oz cranberry juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup add more or less to taste
  • ice cubes
  • 1 slice fresh peach for garnish; or a few slices

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
  • Add vodka, peach schnapps, white rum, orange juice, cranberry juice, and simple syrup.
  • Shake for about 15 seconds until the shaker feels cold.
  • Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Garnish with a fresh peach slice (or a few slices) and serve immediately.

Notes

Taste and adjust: add a splash more cranberry juice if too sweet, or a touch more simple syrup if too tart. Freeze peach slices and use them as “ice” to avoid dilution.
