Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt or vanilla
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree canned is fine
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or simple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar optional, for extra sweetness
  • 1/4 cup sparkling water or milk for creaminess
  • ground cinnamon for garnish
  • whipped cream optional

Instructions

  • Add yogurt, pumpkin puree, ice, maple syrup, and vanilla to blender.
  • Add pumpkin pie spice; use cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg if preferred.
  • Add brown sugar for extra sweetness if desired.
  • Pour in sparkling water or milk for desired texture and fizz.
  • Blend until smooth and frothy, scraping down sides as needed.
  • Pour into tall glass. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired. Serve cold.

Notes

Use canned or cooked pumpkin. For thicker shake, freeze yogurt cubes. Substitute honey or agave for maple syrup if needed. Adjust spice and sweetness to taste. Best served immediately, fresh and cold!
