Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz white rum
  • 1 oz coconut rum Malibu or similar
  • 1 oz blue curaçao
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz coconut milk or cream of coconut
  • 1 cup ice crushed
  • 1 slice pineapple for garnish
  • 1 maraschino cherry for garnish

Instructions

  • Add white rum, coconut rum, blue curaçao, pineapple juice, and coconut milk to the blender.
  • Add crushed ice on top and blend on high until smooth and thick.
  • Pour into a chilled hurricane glass.
  • Garnish with a pineapple slice and a maraschino cherry. Serve immediately.

Notes

Serve right away for the best frozen texture. Thin with a splash of pineapple juice if too thick, or add a few ice cubes if too thin. Reduce coconut milk for a lighter sip, or swap for cream of coconut for a sweeter, richer profile.
