Add white rum, coconut rum, blue curaçao, pineapple juice, and coconut milk to the blender.
Add crushed ice on top and blend on high until smooth and thick.
Pour into a chilled hurricane glass.
Garnish with a pineapple slice and a maraschino cherry. Serve immediately.
Notes
Serve right away for the best frozen texture. Thin with a splash of pineapple juice if too thick, or add a few ice cubes if too thin. Reduce coconut milk for a lighter sip, or swap for cream of coconut for a sweeter, richer profile.
