A creamy, frosty daiquiri made by blending frozen banana with white rum, banana liqueur, fresh lime juice, and a touch of simple syrup—tropical, smooth, and refreshingly bright.
Add the frozen banana, white rum, banana liqueur, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, and coconut cream (if using) to a blender.
Add the ice cubes on top and blend on high for 20–30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
Taste and, if desired, blend in the brown sugar or a touch more syrup for sweetness.
Pour into a chilled coupe or hurricane glass and garnish with a banana slice or lime wheel. Serve immediately.
Notes
Overripe bananas add the best flavor and natural sweetness. For a lighter version, skip the coconut cream and add a splash more lime juice. If the drink softens, re-blend with a few fresh ice cubes.
