  • Large pitcher or punch bowl
  • Measuring cups and spoons

  • Citrus juicer
  • Mason jars or clear serving glasses
  • Ice cube tray
  • Small bowls for garnishes
  • Optional: strainer (for pulp)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fruit punch chilled
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup cranberry juice or mango juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon or lime juice
  • 1 cup ginger ale lemon-lime soda, or sparkling water
  • 1 –2 tbsp simple syrup to taste
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1 orange sliced into rounds
  • 1/2 cup fresh berries like blueberries or raspberries
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Fill your pitcher or punch bowl halfway with ice cubes.
  • Add fruit punch, orange juice, pineapple juice, cranberry or mango juice, and fresh citrus juice.
  • Stir well using a long spoon.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness with simple syrup, if needed.
  • Add sliced strawberries, orange rounds, and berries—save a few for garnishes.
  • Just before serving, pour in ginger ale, soda, or sparkling water and stir gently.
  • Serve in mason jars or clear glasses, each garnished with fruit and a sprig of mint.
