Frankenstein’s Fizzy Drink Mocktail Recipe

- Highball glass or tall glass
- Cocktail shaker
- Long spoon or bar spoon
- Citrus juicer
- Ice cube tray
- Measuring cups
- Strainer (optional)
- Spoon or ice cream scoop
- Straw
Ingredients
- 3 oz lemon-lime soda
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 2 oz orange juice
- 1 oz simple syrup or grenadine for color
- ½ oz lime juice fresh preferred
- 1 scoop lime sherbet or vanilla ice cream
- Club soda or sparkling water to top off
- Whipped cream for topping
- Blueberries or blackberries for monster “eyes”
- Fresh mint sprig for garnish
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine pineapple juice, orange juice, lime juice, and simple syrup or grenadine.
- Shake for 10 seconds, then strain and pour over the ice.
- Add lemon-lime soda and gently stir to mix.
