Ingredients

  • 2 cups apple juice
  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice fresh or bottled
  • 2 cups Concord grape soda Frostie or similar
  • 2 cups lemon-lime soda or ginger ale
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • 2 –3 drops green food coloring optional
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger optional
  • Sliced limes or lemons for garnish
  • Ice cubes juice ice cubes if available

Instructions

  • In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine apple juice, cranberry juice, and lemon juice.
  • Add the grape soda, lemon-lime soda, and sparkling water. Stir gently to mix.
  • Add a few drops of green food coloring, if using, and stir until the color is evenly distributed.
  • For a zingy twist, stir in the grated ginger.
  • Fill the pitcher with ice cubes or frozen juice cubes.
  • Drop in sliced lemon or lime rounds for garnish.
  • Serve immediately while it’s cold and fizzy.
