Equipment

  • A large pitcher
  • A long-handled spoon for stirring
  • Tall glasses for serving
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • A knife and cutting board
  • An ice cube tray (optional)

Ingredients

  • For 4 servings gather:
  • 2 cups white grape juice
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 2 cups lemon-lime soda
  • 1/4 cup grenadine syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Sliced strawberries for garnish
  • You can adjust the amount of each juice to suit your taste. For a sweeter drink add more grape juice. For more tang, increase the lemon juice.

Instructions

  • In a large pitcher, mix the white grape juice, pineapple juice, and lemon juice.
  • Add the lemon-lime soda and stir gently to combine.
  • Pour the grenadine syrup down the side of the pitcher. It will settle at the bottom, creating a pretty layered effect.
  • Fill glasses with ice cubes.
  • Slowly pour the mocktail into the glasses, allowing the colors to mix naturally.
  • Garnish each glass with a fresh mint sprig and a few sliced strawberries.
  • Serve right away and enjoy your Fizzy Easter Bunny Brew!

Notes

This mocktail is best served fresh.
If you want to prep ahead, mix the juices and chill them. Add the soda and grenadine just before serving.
For a fun twist, make bunny-shaped ice cubes using silicone molds.
You can also rim the glasses with pastel-colored sugar for extra flair.
To make this drink less sweet, use club soda instead of lemon-lime soda. You can also skip the grenadine for a lighter version.
Remember to stir gently when mixing to keep the fizz. Rough stirring can make the drink go flat quickly.
