Ingredients

  • 1 oz fig-infused vodka
  • 0.5 oz honey syrup
  • 0.25 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 3 oz prosecco
  • Club soda to top
  • Fresh fig slice for garnish
  • Sprig of thyme optional

For honey syrup:

  • 1 part honey
  • 1 part hot water

Instructions

  • Mix equal parts honey and hot water to create honey syrup. Let cool before using.
  • Add fig vodka, honey syrup, and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  • Shake for 10-15 seconds until well chilled.
  • Strain into a champagne flute or wine glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Top with prosecco and a splash of club soda.
  • Garnish with a fresh fig slice and thyme sprig if desired.

Notes

The cocktail can be made alcohol-free by replacing fig vodka with fig juice or puree, and prosecco with sparkling water.
Store honey syrup in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
For extra fig flavor, muddle fresh fig pieces in the shaker before adding other ingredients.
Pre-chill the prosecco and glassware for the best results.
