  • Long stirring spoon

  • Citrus juicer
  • Ice scoop

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle chilled rosé wine (750 ml)
  • 1 cup vodka
  • 3 tbsp honey or simple syrup
  • 2 cups sparkling water
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup mixed fresh fruit such as orange slices, lemon wheels, or peaches
  • 1 handful fresh mint leaves
  • 3 cups ice

Instructions

  • Place sliced strawberries and other fresh fruit in a punch bowl.
  • Pour in chilled rosé and vodka.
  • Stir in the honey until dissolved.
  • Add sparkling water and mint leaves.
  • Fill the bowl with ice and gently stir.
  • Ladle into glasses with some fruit and mint in each.

Notes

Use dry rosé to avoid excess sweetness. Add extra fruit for color and flavor. Can be made lighter by omitting vodka or adding flavored sparkling water. Chill fruit beforehand for best results.
