  • Jigger or measuring cup
  • Citrus juicer
  • Small plate (for rim)
  • Cocktail glass
  • Strainer
  • Mixing spoon

Ingredients

  • 2 oz blanco tequila
  • 1 oz orange liqueur Cointreau or triple sec
  • 1 oz lime juice fresh
  • 2 oz apple cider
  • 1 oz cranberry juice
  • ice cubes
  • cinnamon sugar for rim
  • apple slice or lime wheel optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • Rub a lime wedge around the rim of your glass, then dip it in cinnamon sugar.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
  • Add tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice, apple cider, and cranberry juice.
  • Shake for about 15 seconds until the shaker is well chilled.
  • Strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice and garnish with an apple slice or lime wheel.

Notes

Use Cointreau for a smooth orange note, or triple sec for a brighter pop. Add a splash more lime for extra tang. For a lighter version, top with a little soda water. Keep ingredients well chilled and enjoy immediately.
