Equipment

  • Blender (optional)
  • Large pitcher
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Paring knife
  • Strainer
  • Ice cube tray
  • Tall glasses
  • Stirring spoon
  • Toothpicks or mini skewers

Ingredients

  • 1 can lychee fruit in syrup about 20 pieces
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries for stuffing into lychees
  • 1 cup white grape juice
  • 1 cup purple grape juice
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup lime juice fresh preferred
  • 1/3 cup grenadine for “bloody” effect
  • 1 cup fruit punch
  • 1 cup sparkling water or lemon-lime soda
  • Ice cubes as needed
  • Optional: Extra lychee syrup for sweetness

Instructions

  • Make the “eyeballs”: Drain the lychees (save the syrup if desired). Gently press a blueberry into the center of each lychee. Set aside.

Blend the base: In a blender or large pitcher, combine:

  • White grape juice
  • Purple grape juice
  • Pineapple juice
  • Orange juice
  • Lime juice
  • Fruit punch
  • Splash of lychee syrup (optional)
  • Blend or stir until fully combined.

Assemble the drinks:

  • Fill glasses with ice.
  • Drizzle grenadine inside the glass for a “bloody” swirl.
  • Pour in the juice mixture.
  • Add a splash of sparkling water on top.
  • Garnish: Skewer 1–2 eyeballs on a toothpick and float them in each glass.
  • Serve chilled and spooky!
