Instructions
Fill the cocktail shaker with ice.
Add Empress Gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, cranberry juice, and any optional juices or liqueurs.
Shake for 15 seconds until cold.
Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
Top with ginger beer or tonic water.
Stir gently with a long spoon.
Garnish with a lemon wheel, cucumber slice, or edible flower.
