Ingredients

  • 2 oz Sake dry or slightly sweet
  • 1 oz Vodka
  • 1 oz Lychee liqueur or lychee syrup
  • 1 oz Lychee juice or liquid from canned lychee
  • 0.5 oz Lemon juice fresh
  • Ice cubes for shaking
  • 1-2 Lychees for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
  • Add sake, vodka, lychee liqueur (or syrup), lychee juice, and fresh lemon juice.
  • Shake firmly for about 15 seconds until the shaker feels icy cold.
  • Fine strain into a chilled martini glass.
  • Garnish with a lychee on a pick or float one in the glass. Serve immediately.

Notes

Junmai sake offers a clean profile; fruity styles add more aroma. For a drier drink, reduce or skip lychee syrup and rely on lychee juice. Keep tools and glassware cold for a crisp finish.
