Ingredients
- 1.5 oz vodka
- 1 oz blue curacao
- 0.5 oz coconut rum optional for tropical twist
- 2 oz lemonade
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz simple syrup optional, for extra sweetness
- Sprite or 7-Up splash, to top
- ice cubes
- lemon wheel or lime wedge for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add vodka, blue curaçao, coconut rum (if using), lemonade, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
- Shake well for 10–15 seconds until well-chilled.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with a splash of Sprite or 7-Up.
- Stir gently and garnish with a lemon wheel or lime wedge. Serve immediately.
Notes
Fresh lemon juice is a must for the brightest flavor. Adjust sweetness by changing the amount of simple syrup. Coconut rum adds a tropical twist, but you can skip it for a cleaner lemonade taste. Always add the soda last for maximum fizz!
