A light, fruity, and floral sangria made with crisp white wine, elderflower liqueur, syrup, fresh fruit, and sparkling mixers for the perfect summer drink.
750mldry white wineSauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio
0.5cupelderflower liqueurSt-Germain recommended
0.25cupelderflower syrup
0.5cupclub sodaor sparkling water
0.5cupginger ale
1cupsliced strawberries
1cupfresh blueberries
1orangethinly sliced
1lemonthinly sliced
ice cubes
extra berries or edible flowersoptional garnish
Instructions
Wash and slice strawberries, blueberries, orange, and lemon.
Add fruit to a large pitcher.
Pour in white wine, elderflower liqueur, and elderflower syrup.
Add ginger ale and club soda or sparkling water.
Stir gently to combine without crushing fruit.
Fill glasses with ice, then pour sangria, adding some fruit to each glass.
Garnish with extra berries or edible flowers if desired.
Notes
Chill wine and mixers before making. Adjust sweetness with more elderflower syrup. Swap in any seasonal fruits you have on hand. Serve cold and add ice last to prevent dilution.
