Equipment

  • Large punch bowl
  • Measuring cups
  • Mixing spoon
  • Ice bucket
  • Champagne flutes or wine glasses

Ingredients

  • 2 bottles prosecco chilled
  • 1 cup elderflower liqueur
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup
  • 2 cups mixed berries strawberries, raspberries, blueberries
  • 1 lemon thinly sliced
  • Fresh mint sprigs for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Chill the prosecco ahead of time for best results. Use ripe, sweet berries for the most flavor.

Instructions

  • In the punch bowl, combine elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Stir well.
  • Add the chilled prosecco and stir gently to mix.
  • Add most of the berries and lemon slices to the punch. Save some for garnish.
  • Float ice cubes in the punch to keep it cold.
  • Garnish with remaining fruit and mint sprigs.
  • Serve in champagne flutes or wine glasses. Add extra ice if desired.

Make this punch right before serving so the prosecco stays bubbly. Stir gently to keep the fizz.

    Notes

This recipe serves about 8-10 people. Double it for larger groups.
You can make a non-alcoholic version by swapping the prosecco for sparkling water or lemon-lime soda.
For a stronger drink, add a splash of vodka or gin to each glass.
Change up the fruit based on what's in season. Peaches and nectarines work well in summer.
Store any leftovers in the fridge and drink within 24 hours. The punch will lose some fizz but still taste good.
