Ingredients

  • 4 oz prosecco chilled
  • 1.5 oz elderflower liqueur like St. Germain
  • 2 oz sparkling water or soda water or club soda
  • ice cubes enough to fill the glass
  • lime wedge or slice for garnish
  • fresh mint sprig for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill a large glass with ice cubes.
  • Pour chilled prosecco over the ice.
  • Add elderflower liqueur.
  • Top with sparkling water, soda, or club soda.
  • Stir gently with a bar spoon to blend without losing the bubbles.
  • Garnish with a lime wedge or slice and a fresh mint sprig. Serve cold.

Notes

Use a dry prosecco to balance the floral sweetness of elderflower liqueur. For a sweeter spritz, add a splash of elderflower cordial. Always use fresh lime and mint for the best aroma and flavor.
