Ingredients

  • 4 cups eggnog store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup bourbon
  • 0.5 cup aged rum or brandy optional
  • 0.5 cup whole milk
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 tsp ground nutmeg plus more for garnish
  • ice cubes for serving

Instructions

  • Add eggnog, bourbon, rum/brandy (if using), milk, cream, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg to a punch bowl. Whisk to combine.
  • Add ice if desired. Ladle into glasses. Garnish with extra nutmeg or cinnamon before serving.

Notes

Chill eggnog before mixing. Add whipped egg whites for extra creaminess. Adjust spices to taste. Make it non-alcoholic by skipping the booze and using more milk and spices.
