A light, floral, and spooky elderflower mocktail with fresh lime and sparkling water. Refreshing, easy, and a hit at any party or gathering—perfect for Halloween or whenever you want a mysterious, elegant drink!
Fill a tall glass almost all the way with ice cubes.
Pour in elderflower syrup and fresh lime juice over the ice.
Top off with cold sparkling water, pouring slowly to preserve bubbles.
Stir gently with a long spoon to mix.
Taste and adjust—add more syrup for sweetness, or extra lime for tang.
Garnish with a mint sprig, lime slice, and a couple raspberries if you like.
If using homemade elderflower syrup, strain as you pour.
Notes
Store-bought or homemade elderflower syrup both work. For less sweetness, add extra lime or sparkling water. Fresh mint is a must for aroma. Try raspberries or cucumber for extra flavor and color. Serve very cold for max refreshment.
