Ingredients

fresh apple cider
2
–3 oz champagne
prosecco, or sparkling wine
½
oz
Cointreau or orange liqueur
optional

–2 apple slices
for garnish
Cinnamon sugar for rim
2 tbsp sugar + ½ tsp cinnamon
Small food-grade dry ice piece
for fog effect – optional

cinnamon stick
optional, for garnish
Instructions
Rim the champagne flute by dipping the edge in water and then in cinnamon sugar.
Pour 2 oz apple cider into the glass.
Add ½ oz Cointreau if using.
Top with 2–3 oz sparkling wine or champagne, pouring slowly.
Garnish with thin apple slices and a cinnamon stick, if desired.
Using gloves or tongs, carefully add a small piece of dry ice.
Wait for bubbling to settle before sipping. Enjoy the foggy, festive effect!
