  • Highball or tumbler glass

Ingredients

  • 2 oz coconut rum
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz orange juice
  • 0.5 oz lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup optional, for extra sweetness
  • ice cubes
  • pineapple wedge or lime wheel for garnish
  • mint leaves optional, for aroma

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
  • Add coconut rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, lime juice, and simple syrup.
  • Shake for 10–15 seconds until the shaker is cold.
  • Strain into a chilled highball or tumbler packed with fresh ice.
  • Garnish with a pineapple wedge or lime wheel and a few mint leaves if desired.

Notes

Serve immediately for best flavor and fizz. For a lighter version, add a splash of club soda or coconut water. For a creamier twist, substitute cream of coconut for the simple syrup and shake well. Chilling the glass keeps the drink extra cold.
