  • Cocktail shaker
  • Muddler
  • Fine-mesh strainer
  • Collins glass
  • Sharp knife
  • Peeler (for cucumber ribbons)
  • Ice cube tray
  • Jigger or measuring tool

Ingredients

  • 2 oz cucumber-infused vodka
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 2 oz prosecco or sparkling wine
  • 2 oz club soda
  • 3-4 thin cucumber slices
  • Ice cubes
  • Cucumber ribbon and lime wheel for garnish

Instructions

  • Add cucumber slices and simple syrup to a shaker. Muddle gently to release the cucumber flavor.
  • Pour in the cucumber vodka and fresh lime juice. Fill the shaker with ice.
  • Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds until well-chilled.
  • Strain the mixture into a Collins glass filled with ice.
  • Top with prosecco and club soda. Stir gently to combine.
  • Garnish with a cucumber ribbon and lime wheel.

Notes

Store cucumber-infused vodka in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
For best results, use fresh cucumbers and limes. Bottled lime juice will change the taste.
Make ahead: Infuse vodka with cucumber 3-5 days before serving. Add 1 sliced cucumber to 750ml vodka in a sealed jar.
