Ingredients

  • 2 oz silver tequila
  • 3 thick cucumber slices
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.75 oz simple syrup
  • Club soda
  • Ice cubes
  • Cucumber ribbon and lime wheel for garnish

Instructions

  • Slice 3 thick rounds of cucumber.
  • Add cucumber slices to the shaker and muddle gently to release the juice.
  • Pour in the tequila, lime juice, and simple syrup.
  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake for 15 seconds.
  • Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Top with club soda and stir gently.
  • Garnish with a cucumber ribbon and lime wheel.

Notes

Make simple syrup by mixing equal parts sugar and hot water until dissolved. Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
