Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 4-5 fresh mint leaves
  • 3 thin cucumber slices plus extra for garnish
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • Club soda
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint sprig for garnish

Instructions

  • Add mint leaves and cucumber slices to the shaker. Muddle gently to release oils and flavors.
  • Pour in vodka, lime juice, and simple syrup. Fill the shaker with ice.
  • Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
  • Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice. Top with club soda.
  • Garnish with a cucumber slice and mint sprig. Serve immediately
