Cucumber Grinch Gimlet
A cool green holiday cocktail with cucumber, lime juice, and gin.

- Muddler
Ingredients
- 2 oz gin
- 3-4 slices cucumber
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.75 oz simple syrup
- ice cubes
- 1 wheel cucumber or lime for garnish
Instructions
- Muddle cucumber slices in shaker.
- Add gin, lime juice, syrup, and ice. Shake until cold.
- Strain into chilled coupe glass and garnish.
Notes
Adjust sweetness or tartness by balancing lime juice and syrup. Use fresh cucumber for best flavor.
