  • Peeler
  • Citrus juicer
  • Measuring spoons
  • Spoon
  • Mixing glass
  • Strainer
  • Ice cube tray

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cucumber thinly sliced
  • 1 small apple diced or sliced
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1 cup club soda
  • 1/2 cup ginger ale
  • ice cubes
  • fresh mint leaves optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • Add cucumber, apple slices, and a few mint leaves to a pitcher; muddle gently.
  • Pour in lime juice, honey, and apple juice. Stir to combine.
  • Fill glasses halfway with ice. Pour in the mixture until halfway full.
  • Top with club soda and a splash of ginger ale. Stir gently.
  • Garnish with extra cucumber, apple slices, or mint. Serve ice-cold.

Notes

Use crisp apples like Granny Smith or Honeycrisp for the best tart bite. Add extra mint or swap lemon for lime to change the flavor. Unsweetened sparkling water makes it lighter, while honey or agave adds sweetness.
