Ingredients

  • 2 oz Crown Royal Blackberry Whisky
  • 4-5 fresh blackberries
  • 1 oz lemon juice fresh
  • 1 oz simple syrup equal parts sugar and water
  • soda water to top
  • ice cubes
  • blackberry or lemon slice for garnish

Instructions

  • Add blackberries and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker and muddle gently to release juices.
  • Pour in Crown Royal Blackberry Whisky and fresh lemon juice. Add ice.
  • Shake about 10 seconds until well-chilled, then strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Top with soda water and give a gentle stir with a bar spoon.
  • Garnish with a blackberry or lemon slice and serve.

Notes
