Ingredients

  • 4 ripe kiwis peeled and sliced
  • cup fresh lime juice
  • ¼ cup sweetener sugar, honey, or agave syrup
  • 4 cups lemon-lime soda chilled
  • 1 cup cold water
  • Optional: 1–2 drops green food coloring
  • Optional: small pieces of dry ice for spooky effect

Instructions

  • Blend the kiwis and cold water in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  • Strain the puree through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove seeds and pulp.
  • Pour the kiwi juice into a large pitcher or bowl.
  • Add lime juice and sweetener. Stir until well combined and dissolved.
  • Pour in the lemon-lime soda and stir gently to keep the bubbles.
  • Optional: Add 1–2 drops of green food coloring for a brighter hue.
  • Chill the punch in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  • When ready to serve, pour into glasses.
  • Optional: Use tongs to carefully drop a small piece of dry ice into each glass for a bubbling fog effect. Wait until it fully dissolves before sipping.
