Equipment

  • Blender
  • Fine-mesh strainer
  • Measuring cups
  • Pitcher
  • Mixing spoon
  • Ice cube trays
  • Fun glasses or jars

Ingredients

  • 2 cups carrot juice store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup orange juice fresh squeezed or bottled
  • 1 cup lemon-lime soda or sparkling water
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey or simple syrup
  • ice cubes as needed
  • thin carrot sticks for garnish
  • orange slices for garnish
  • edible candy eyes, gummy worms, or plastic spiders for a creepy touch
  • ginger or cinnamon optional, for extra flavor

Instructions

  • Pour the carrot juice and orange juice into a pitcher.
  • Add the lemon juice and honey (or simple syrup), then stir until mixed well.
  • Add plenty of ice cubes to chill the mocktail.
  • For bubbles, gently pour in lemon-lime soda or sparkling water and stir lightly.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness with more honey if needed.
  • If too pulpy, strain the drink into glasses.
  • Garnish each glass with carrot sticks, orange slices, and creepy candy or decorations.
  • Serve right away so it’s cold, fizzy, and fresh.

Notes

Both bottled and fresh juices work great. Swap lemon-lime soda for club soda for less sugar. For a spicier kick, add a pinch of ginger. Always check for plastic decorations before drinking! Best served fresh but keeps in the fridge for up to a day. Easy to double or triple for parties.
