Equipment

  • Blender
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Citrus juicer
  • Mixing spoon
  • Knife and cutting board
  • Serving glasses
  • Small plate or shallow dish

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (hulled, or use frozen)
  • 1 cup coconut milk (unsweetened)
  • 0.5 cup coconut water
  • 0.5 cup sparkling water or club soda
  • 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup, honey, or agave syrup
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice or lemon juice
  • ice cubes (optional, for serving)
  • strawberry slices (for garnish)
  • coconut flakes (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Add strawberries, coconut milk, coconut water, lime juice, and sweetener to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a glass, filling about three-quarters full.
  • Top slowly with sparkling water or club soda. Stir gently to keep it fizzy.
  • Add ice cubes if desired.
  • Garnish with strawberry slices and a sprinkle of coconut flakes.

Notes

Adjust sweetness based on your strawberries. Frozen berries make it thicker and extra cold. Garnish with coconut flakes or rim the glass with honey and coconut for flair. This mocktail is perfect for all ages and any occasion!
