Ingredients

  • 2 oz vanilla vodka
  • 1 oz cream liqueur or Irish cream
  • 1 oz pumpkin spice syrup or pumpkin spice flavor syrup
  • 1 oz heavy cream or half-and-half
  • 0.25 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • cinnamon sugar for rimming the glass
  • caramel drizzle optional
  • whipped cream for garnish
  • cinnamon stick for garnish

Instructions

  • Chill a martini glass with ice water. Mix a little cinnamon and sugar on a small plate for the rim.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add vanilla vodka, cream liqueur (or Irish cream), pumpkin spice syrup, heavy cream, and pumpkin pie spice.
  • Shake hard for about 15 seconds until the shaker is frosty.
  • Dump the ice water from the glass, rim with cinnamon sugar, and strain the drink into the glass.
  • Drizzle with caramel if desired, then garnish with whipped cream and a cinnamon stick. Serve immediately.

Notes

Serve right after shaking so the cream stays frothy and the spice aroma pops. Swap half-and-half for a lighter texture, or add a touch more pumpkin spice syrup or caramel for extra sweetness. A quick espresso splash deepens flavor and balances sweetness.
