Notes
Cream of coconut brings sweetness and a velvety texture, while coconut cream is less sweet and tastes more natural. Fresh lime juice balances the sweetness and a strong shake adds a light froth. Make your own cream of coconut by simmering equal parts coconut milk and sugar until smooth to control sweetness.Tasting notes: creamy and silky with strong coconut flavor; medium sweetness balanced by bright citrus; gentle alcohol warmth with a smooth finish.
