Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz cranberry juice unsweetened preferred
  • 1 oz lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 2 oz club soda or sparkling water
  • ice cubes

  • rosemary sprig optional garnish
  • lime wedge optional garnish

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  • Add vodka, cranberry juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
  • Shake for 10–15 seconds until chilled.
  • Strain into a Collins glass with fresh ice.
  • Top with club soda or sparkling water. Stir gently with a bar spoon.
  • Garnish with cranberries, rosemary, or a lime wedge if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use unsweetened cranberry juice for a tart, crisp drink, or add more syrup for sweetness. Frozen cranberries work as ice cubes. Rosemary sprig adds a subtle aroma.
