  • Rocks glass
  • Ice

Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin
  • 2 oz cranberry juice unsweetened or sweetened to taste
  • 4 oz tonic water
  • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.25-0.5 oz simple syrup optional, to taste
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary
  • fresh cranberries for garnish
  • lime wedge for garnish
  • ice

Instructions

  • Fill cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Add gin, cranberry juice, lime juice, and simple syrup (if using) to the shaker.
  • Shake gently for 5–10 seconds to chill.
  • Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
  • Top with tonic water and stir lightly.

Notes

Unsweetened cranberry juice lets you control the sweetness with syrup. Fresh rosemary makes a big difference. Scale up for parties by mixing gin, cranberry juice, and lime in advance, topping with tonic just before serving.
