Ingredients

  • 8 prawns shelled and deveined
  • 1.5 cups vodka or gin
  • 2 cups cranberry juice
  • 1 cup orange juice fresh
  • 0.5 cup lime juice fresh
  • 0.25 cup simple syrup
  • 2 cups club soda or sparkling water
  • ice cubes
  • orange wheels for garnish
  • cooked prawns for garnish

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, gently warm vodka (or gin) with prawns for 5 minutes to infuse flavor. Cool and strain out prawns.
  • In a large pitcher, combine prawn-infused vodka, cranberry juice, orange juice, lime juice, and simple syrup. Stir well.
  • Just before serving, add club soda and plenty of ice. Stir gently.
  • Pour into glasses and garnish with orange wheel and a prawn on a cocktail pick.

Notes

Infuse vodka briefly for subtle seafood notes. Keep prawns chilled and safe. Use more syrup for a sweeter punch. Sparkling water makes it extra festive!
