This showstopping punch mixes tart cranberry, bright citrus, a splash of vodka, and prawn-infused savory notes for a party drink that's truly one of a kind!
In a small saucepan, gently warm vodka (or gin) with prawns for 5 minutes to infuse flavor. Cool and strain out prawns.
In a large pitcher, combine prawn-infused vodka, cranberry juice, orange juice, lime juice, and simple syrup. Stir well.
Just before serving, add club soda and plenty of ice. Stir gently.
Pour into glasses and garnish with orange wheel and a prawn on a cocktail pick.
