Instructions
Fill ice cube trays and freeze until solid.
Pour cranberry juice and pomegranate juice into the pitcher.
Add honey or agave if using, and stir until dissolved.
Just before serving, add the sparkling water and stir gently to combine.
Add ice cubes to the pitcher.
Float orange slices and pomegranate seeds in the pitcher.
Pour into tall glasses filled with ice.
Garnish each glass with fresh mint leaves.
