Ingredients

  • 2 cups cranberry juice 100% juice, not cocktail
  • 2 cups pomegranate juice
  • 4 cups sparkling water
  • 1 cup fresh pomegranate seeds
  • 1 orange sliced
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Optional: 1-2 tablespoons honey or agave nectar for extra sweetness

Instructions

  • Fill ice cube trays and freeze until solid.
  • Pour cranberry juice and pomegranate juice into the pitcher.
  • Add honey or agave if using, and stir until dissolved.
  • Just before serving, add the sparkling water and stir gently to combine.
  • Add ice cubes to the pitcher.
  • Float orange slices and pomegranate seeds in the pitcher.
  • Pour into tall glasses filled with ice.
  • Garnish each glass with fresh mint leaves.

Notes

The mocktail tastes best when served right away to keep the bubbles fresh.
Store leftover juice mixture without sparkling water in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Make ice cubes from cranberry juice to prevent drink dilution as they melt.
Add extra fizz by using flavored sparkling water like lime or berry.
This recipe serves 8-10 people and can be doubled for larger groups.
