  • Strainer

Ingredients

  • 2 oz white rum
  • 1 oz cranberry juice
  • 1 oz pomegranate juice
  • 0.75 oz lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup or agave nectar
  • 6-8 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 oz club soda
  • ice cubes
  • pomegranate arils for garnish
  • fresh cranberries for garnish, optional
  • mint sprig for garnish

Instructions

  • Muddle mint leaves with simple syrup in the bottom of a shaker or glass to release aroma.
  • Add rum, cranberry juice, pomegranate juice, lime juice, and ice. Shake lightly.
  • Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Top with club soda and stir gently to combine.
  • Garnish with pomegranate arils, cranberries, and a mint sprig.

Notes

Chill your glass for extra refreshment. Adjust simple syrup for sweetness—pomegranate and cranberry juices can vary. Fresh lime juice and mint make a huge difference for flavor.
