Ingredients

  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 0.5 cup pineapple juice
  • 0.5 cup white rum
  • 0.5 cup spiced rum
  • 0.25 cup simple syrup or to taste
  • 0.25 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup ginger ale cold
  • ice cubes
  • orange slices for garnish
  • fresh cranberries optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill pitcher halfway with ice. Add all juices, both rums, simple syrup, and lemon juice. Stir to mix and chill.
  • Pour in ginger ale last and stir gently.
  • Add orange slices and cranberries. Pour into ice-filled glasses and garnish as desired.

Notes

Adjust sweetness with more or less syrup. Real fruit juices make a big difference. For extra fizz, add more ginger ale. Garnish with cinnamon stick for spice if desired.
