  • 0.25 cup pineapple juice optional
  • 2 tablespoons simple syrup, honey, or maple syrup to taste
  • 0.5 cup lemon-lime soda, sparkling water, or ginger ale
  • 0.5 juice of lime
  • ice cubes
  • fresh cranberries for garnish
  • orange slices for garnish
  • sugar optional, for rimming glasses

Instructions

  • Fill your pitcher with ice cubes.
  • Pour in the cranberry juice, orange juice, and pineapple juice if using.
  • Add your sweetener of choice. Taste and adjust sweetness as desired.
  • Squeeze in the lime juice.
  • Stir everything together with your mixing spoon.
  • Slowly pour in the lemon-lime soda, sparkling water, or ginger ale.
  • If desired, rim glasses with sugar before pouring.
  • Pour mocktail into glasses. Top with fresh cranberries and an orange slice for garnish.

Notes

Use unsweetened cranberry juice to control sweetness. Fresh orange juice is best. Pineapple juice adds a tropical touch. Add sparkling water or ginger ale for more fizz. Garnish with orange slices or mint for extra color and aroma.
