Ingredients

  • 1 cup cranberry juice unsweetened or sweetened
  • 10 fresh mint leaves plus more for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice fresh
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1/2 cup sparkling water or club soda
  • 1 tablespoon simple syrup or cranberry simple syrup
  • ice cubes
  • 3-4 fresh cranberries optional, for garnish
  • lime slices for garnish
  • orange slices for garnish
  • pomegranate juice, ginger beer, or apple juice optional, for extra flavor

Instructions

  • Add mint leaves and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker. Muddle gently.
  • Add cranberry juice, lime juice, and orange juice.
  • Add ice and shake until cold.
  • Strain into a tall glass with fresh ice.
  • Top with sparkling water or club soda. Stir gently.
  • Garnish with mint, cranberries, and citrus slices.

Notes

Adjust sweetness with more/less syrup. Add pomegranate or apple juice for a twist. Serve ice-cold and freshly mixed for best flavor. Swap lime for lemon for a new vibe; ginger beer adds a spicy kick.
