Instructions
Fill your cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
Add whiskey, cranberry juice, lemon juice, and maple syrup. Add orange juice or egg white if using.
Shake firmly for about 15 seconds to chill and blend. If using egg white, shake once without ice (dry shake), then again with ice.
Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
Garnish with fresh cranberries or a lemon wedge.
Notes
Use unsweetened cranberry juice for a tart kick or cranberry cocktail for a softer flavor. Adjust maple syrup to taste depending on juice sweetness. Egg white creates a foamy top, but the cocktail is delicious without it too.
