  • Citrus juicer
  • Tall glasses
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Mixing spoon
  • Ice tray
  • Knife and cutting board

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • 0.5 cup fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 cup simple syrup or honey to taste
  • 1 cup sparkling water or lemon-lime soda
  • ice cubes
  • fresh cranberries for garnish
  • lime wheels for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill two glasses with ice.
  • In a pitcher, combine cranberry juice, lime juice, and simple syrup or honey. Stir well.
  • Pour juice mixture over ice in each glass, filling about two-thirds full.
  • Top with sparkling water or soda. Stir gently to combine.
  • Garnish with fresh cranberries and lime wheels. Serve immediately.

Notes

Make it extra tart with more lime, or extra sweet with more syrup. Use frozen cranberries as ice for extra chill. For a fun twist, rim glasses with sugar or add a splash of orange juice!
