Mix cranberry juice and lime juice in a large pitcher. Stir well.
Add club soda just before serving. Stir gently to combine. Don't stir too much or the drink will lose its fizz.
Pour the mixture into ice-filled glasses, leaving room at the top.
Add simple syrup if you want the drink sweeter.
Garnish each glass with a lime wedge and fresh cranberries.

Make the drink sweeter by adding simple syrup, or less sweet by using pure cranberry juice.Store leftover cranberry-lime mixture in the fridge for up to 3 days. Add fresh club soda when serving.This recipe serves 8-10 people. Cut the recipe in half for smaller groups.For a non-alcoholic version, use this recipe as is. For an alcoholic version, add 1.5 oz vodka or gin per glass.
