Notes

This cocktail can be easily modified to suit different tastes. For a sweeter drink, add more simple syrup. For a stronger drink, increase the vodka to 3 oz.
Make it non-alcoholic by replacing vodka with lemon-lime soda or additional club soda. Add a splash of orange juice for a different flavor profile.
To prepare for a party, mix the vodka, cranberry juice, lime juice, and simple syrup ahead of time in a pitcher. When ready to serve, pour over ice and top with club soda.
Store any leftover cranberry-lime mixture in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
