Notes

Store cranberry juice in the fridge for up to 7 days after opening.
Use cold ingredients for the best results.
For a stronger ginger taste, choose a spicier ginger beer brand.
This recipe works well for parties—just multiply the ingredients by the number of guests.
For a low-sugar version, use diet ginger beer and unsweetened cranberry juice.
Make it alcoholic by adding 1 oz vodka or gin per glass.
