  • Citrus juicer

Ingredients

  • 2 oz cranberry juice 100% or unsweetened
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz fresh orange juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup or honey to taste
  • 3 oz ginger beer, ginger ale, or ginger kombucha
  • 2 oz sparkling wine , omit for mocktail
  • ice cubes or frozen cranberries
  • fresh cranberries for garnish
  • mint leaves or rosemary sprig for garnish
  • fresh ginger slices optional, for extra spice

Instructions

  • Fill your shaker with ice cubes.
  • Add cranberry juice, lime juice, orange juice, and simple syrup or honey.
  • Shake for about 10–15 seconds.
  • Strain into a chilled glass with fresh ice or frozen cranberries.
  • Top with ginger beer, ginger ale, or ginger kombucha.
  • If using, add sparkling wine before the ginger mixer.
  • Stir gently with a bar spoon.
  • Garnish with cranberries, a lime wedge, mint, or rosemary.

Notes

Use unsweetened cranberry juice for a sharper flavor or cranberry cocktail juice for more sweetness. Serve with ginger beer or ginger ale for a mocktail version.
