star anise or small piece of gingeroptional, for aroma
ice cubes
Instructions
Fill a Collins glass with ice cubes.
In a shaker, combine elderflower liqueur, cranberry juice, lime juice, vodka (if using), and honey or simple syrup.
Shake for 10–15 seconds.
Strain over ice in the glass.
Top with prosecco and club soda.
Stir gently with a bar spoon.
Garnish with fresh cranberries, lime slice, mint or thyme sprig, and optional star anise or ginger.
Serve immediately while cold and bubbly.
Notes
Swap club soda for ginger beer for a spicier twist. Elderflower syrup can replace liqueur for a non-alcoholic version. Always use fresh lime juice for the best flavor. Garnishes add aroma and visual appeal.
