Ingredients

  • 1 oz elderflower liqueur or St-Germain
  • 2 oz cranberry juice 100% juice preferred
  • 0.5 oz lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 oz vodka optional
  • 0.5 oz honey or simple syrup to taste
  • 2 oz prosecco or sparkling wine
  • 2 oz club soda or sparkling water
  • 1-2 dashes bitters optional
  • 3-5 fresh cranberries for garnish
  • 1 slice lime for garnish
  • fresh mint or thyme sprigs for garnish
  • star anise or small piece of ginger optional, for aroma
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  • Fill a Collins glass with ice cubes.
  • In a shaker, combine elderflower liqueur, cranberry juice, lime juice, vodka (if using), and honey or simple syrup.
  • Shake for 10–15 seconds.
  • Strain over ice in the glass.
  • Top with prosecco and club soda.
  • Stir gently with a bar spoon.
  • Garnish with fresh cranberries, lime slice, mint or thyme sprig, and optional star anise or ginger.
  • Serve immediately while cold and bubbly.

Notes

Swap club soda for ginger beer for a spicier twist. Elderflower syrup can replace liqueur for a non-alcoholic version. Always use fresh lime juice for the best flavor. Garnishes add aroma and visual appeal.
