Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 2 oz cranberry juice 100% juice
  • 4 oz ginger beer spicy preferred
  • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice about 1/2 lime
  • ice cubes
  • fresh cranberries for garnish
  • lime wedge or lime wheel for garnish
  • fresh rosemary sprig optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill copper mug with ice cubes. Pour in vodka and cranberry juice.
  • Add lime juice. Top with ginger beer and stir gently.
  • Garnish with cranberries, lime, and rosemary if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use real cranberry juice for tartness. Adjust sweetness by adding simple syrup. Rosemary adds a festive touch, but mint works too. For extra vanilla-cookie flavor, add a dash of vanilla syrup.
